A CP12 gas safety certificate is an annual inspection and testing record that confirms all gas appliances and pipework in your home are safe to use. Example Plumbing & Heating carries out CP12 gas safety certificates for homeowners across Poole, Bournemouth, Wimborne Minster, Wareham and Ferndown. During the inspection, we examine your boiler, gas cooker, fire and any other gas equipment, checking for leaks, corrosion, ventilation and proper operation. Once the work is complete, we issue your certificate, which you can use for insurance purposes or when selling your property. This is a straightforward inspection that gives you peace of mind about your gas installations.
